Igor and Irina Suvorov are former Russian Modern, Latin & 10-Dance Champions, British Open (Blackpool) Rising Star Champions, Asian-Pacific Champions and US Representatives to the World Championships. Currently, they are coaches, judges & organizers of the Desert Classic DanceSport Championships. Originally from Russia, they came to the USA in 1990 and live in Huntington Beach, California. Your Desert Classic hosts, hope you will enjoy Desert Classic. They have endeavored to bring you one of the finest ballroom and latin dance competitions in the nation. Whether you are a participant or a spectator, you can enjoy the Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep and Viennese waltz in both International Ballroom and American Smooth styles. You'll also love those sexy Latin dances like the Cha Cha Cha, the Samba, the Rumba, Jive, Mambo, Swing and Paso Doble. On Sunday afternoon, the Desert Classic hosts one of the largest youth events in the nation. Come watch these tiny dancers. They are the future of DanceSport.
